Model Magic Alebrijes

Description

Join the Oakley library and local artist Rachel-Anne Palacios to learn about colorful folk art sculptures created in Oaxaca that are made from wood and natural dyes. You will create your own out of model magic and add your own details with markers once it fully dries.

Supplies will be provided. This program is intended for tweens and teens, although all ages and abilities are welcome. Space is limited. Registration is recommended. Drop-ins welcome as space and time allows.
