Description
Join us at the Oakley Library to learn about the ancient art of henna/mehndi with local Oakland artist Rachel Palacios and practice making your own designs. Teens will receive a professional henna tattoo from Rachel.
This free program is intended for teens, age 12-17. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Space is limited. Registration is recommended. Drop-ins welcome as space and time allows.
By registering you are stating that you understand that henna is a natural plant/vegetable dye and can last anywhere from one (1) to three (3) weeks; and that you have discussed with your child/parent appropriate symbols and placement on the body for the temporary design.
